Born during the Edo period—or more specifically, around the Bunka-Bunsei era.
Height: Approximately 175 cm in human form (male).
Slightly over 180 cm when in Heart Head form.
(His height varies slightly each time he transforms.)
Personality：He takes life easy, enjoying it at his own pace. He’s a smoker.
Belongings:Since he can't speak properly, he keeps a fountain pen and a notepad.
He also has a tobacco pipe.
(Not a lacquered pipe, but an all-metal straight pipe.
It doubles as a self-defense tool. It’s very sturdy.)
Ability: He can hear the heartbeats of people
who are relatively close to him without having to do anything in particular.
(It’s kind of like a mini lie detector.)
Likes: Listening to other people's heartbeats, throwing people off the scent,
teasing or tricking people, drinking alcohol
(he's what you'd call “a heavy drinker,” so he doesn't get very drunk)
Dislikes: War, genocide
(He can't stand seeing the lives of living beings—including humans—lost in vain.)

and he actually eats meat himself.
Note:Since he can't speak, he writes in a conversational style.
His writing style uses archaic honorifics and is somewhat rough.
He gets a little more casual once he gets to know someone. Maybe.
He writes very quickly.
He realized that kids these days can't read cursive, so he writes in regular script.
The only sound that comes out of his mouth is the beating of his heart.
Since he has no vocal cords, he can’t speak properly.
(Although he can’t speak, he sometimes deliberately moves his lips
to make people read his lips.)
He gets embarrassed when people see his true self (heart head).
It’s even more embarrassing than being seen naked.
■Attire
・He is wearing a colored underkimono, a men’s kimono with a tobacco pipe pouch tied at the waist,
a flashy women’s long haori, and geta. He has his collar pulled back like a woman.
He is simply draped in the haori without slipping his arms through the sleeves.
*His obi can be either men’s or women’s.
It looks like it’s tied in a way that makes it easy to lie down (since it’s hidden by the haori anyway).
Since this is casual wear, it should look like he "just happened to be wearing it in the standing illustration." As for the juban, any color that matches the kimono is fine.

・do not use question marks very often (not using too many).
・“‘Halloween.’ Hmm. A festival from across the seas, is it?” (It gives off a laid-back vibe like that.)
・Do not use any symbols other than those used for emphasis.
・Since it's just text and not speech, use filler that can serve as a transition between sentences.
・Make the text sound a bit vague or evasive
If you keep the setting in mind, it might be easier to write lines that sound like something Shinki would say
(or rather, words he would have written).

In other words, from his perspective, it’s like he accidentally ended up completely naked, so it hardly ever happens.
But when someone sees him, he gets incredibly flustered.
・He’s quite curious. If you tell him about other countries or different cultures,
he listens with great interest (though he doesn’t understand foreign languages at all).
Since he’s not really up on recent pop culture, he’ll write things like, "Now then what does 'fr fr' mean?" and tilt his head in confusion.
(But if someone teaches him about youth culture, he’ll get really into it and start using the terms all the time.)
・It has greater physical abilities than humans, but is weak for a monster.Since he hasn't trained at all,
a swordsmanship master would naturally be stronger than him.
He’s weak enough that he wouldn’t be able to handle it if he were surrounded by several armed people.
As monsters go, the fact that they "have a name, a form, and a sense of self" makes them strong in and of itself,
so they’re just slightly stronger than beings that lack those qualities.
He’s actually quite skilled at defensive tactics, such as parrying attacks with his pipe while applying joint locks.
Because they are weak, they may possess some skills or knowledge, or use tools
(though only to the extent of using them to deceive others or to handle situations they can manage on their own).

He can handle everything from repairing fountain pens to more challenging items like dolls and music boxes.
(Mechanical devices are a bit too much for him, though.)
His shop's regular closing days are irregular. He takes days off when he feels like it and works when he feels like it.

Apparently, he doesn't just run an antique repair shop—he also reveals the truth, offers advice on matters involving non-human entities,
and even acts as a mediator when he can't handle a situation himself(though his side business is more profitable).
・Even if someone tells him, "You’re so pervy!!" or "You’re such a lecher!!," he’d just give a half-hearted response like,
"Yeah, yeah" (or something like that). But if someone caught him in a “Heart Head” state,
he’d be the type to scribble just the word "lecher" on a piece of paper in incredibly tiny,
sloppy handwriting—much messier than usual—and then throw it at them before running away.
